Today was the final day at the Multicultural forum on workplace diversity, and I had the opportunity to co-facilitate a session with a friend and colleague, Roycie Earvin.

We focused our time on discussing social media – and the impact to diversity recruiting.  Attached are the slides from the presentation:

      I was at Jason’s and Roycie’s presentation. It rocked. They had some very valid statistics on the potential for diversity recruiting through social media. Very up to date info. Thanks guys.
