ResumePal, the new Online Job Application Standard

Tired of filling out redundant, time consuming, and irritating online applications?

A group of leading talent acquisition and human resource technology companies recently introduced ResumePal as the recruiting industry’s universally accepted online employment profile. ResumePal revolutionizes the way job seekers and employers connect on the Internet.

With ResumePal, job seekers complete an online profile just once – and then have the ability to apply to jobs at thousands of companies accepting the standard.

The companies behind ResumePal are the technology leaders in recruiting and the entire human resource management community. They include Jobfox, ADP, Kenexa, Oracle, SilkRoad Technology,  and Softscape.

ResumePal highlights tremendous benefits to both recruiters and job seekers.  While this is great news for candidates who are applying online, it won’t fix crummy career sites, outdated job boards, and the black hole you so often hear about.

I like this idea…. I’ve searched for an job posting on an ATS that accepts ResumePal, but have yet to find one. I want to see how it works. If you’ve found a company job posting that accepts ResumePal, please let me know.

    Thanks

I find this to be rather terrible. Who wants to have to completely re-do their taxonomy in order to match the standard taxonomy of resumepal? I think right now in the game it’s a little too late.

Linda, i think you’re missing the point. With ResumePal you don’t have to re-do anything. Job seekers can still apply to the company using the company’s standard application process if they’d prefer. However, candidates with a ResumePal profile can apply using their ID/PW and upload their app data. Employers want to accept ResumePal because they get more candidates per recruiting dollar, candidates get matched to the best jobs at their company and update automatically — 3 huge benefits that address some of the biggest challenges in online recruiting.

Bob — give it some time — the announcement that came out was really to let employers and HR tech cos know this is coming. This summer the employers will get up and running with it. Today you can use ResumePal on Jobfox.com to be matched with thousands of jobs. Also ResumePal.com will list the employers accepting ResumePal so keep checking back there over the next couple of months.
