A few months ago I wrote on article on the future of Jobster.com – stemmed from their overhaul of the once popular recruiting.com. 3 months have passed, on Jobster is now singing the Britney Spears hit single Oops!…I did it again.

In news last week Jobster announced another reduction in staff by 38%, after its’ cut in 41% in January 2007. The good news is this round was handled with a different level of respect and class.
It is clear to most that the most valuable asset to Jobster is the recruiting.com domain. Many questioned the ever-changing strategy of Jobster over the past 3 years – and were asking what Jobster was going to be when it grew up.
Since driving the once popular site, all of the content and community away, Jobster has gone silent. So have their customers.
