LinkedIn continues to be cited as the top online channel for both job seekers and recruiters. Yet, most do not spend an adequate amount of time investing in their online profile. Reasons for this vary from not enough time or knowledge, to the an awareness gap in keeping up with the sites new enhancements and features.
